How to - Reset OneDrive

If OneDrive has a large queue of files and freezes up while trying to sync you can attempt to reset OneDrive which sometimes resolves sync issues, this does reset all OneDrive settings however.

To reset it open the run console and type in:

%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If it says "Windows cannot find..." dialog box enter:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

If you see the "Windows cannot find..." dialog again enter:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

This process will take time depending on how many files you have.
