How to access the From option to send an Email As

First open a new email and then go to the "Options" tab:

Then click on the "From" option like above.

Finally you should be able to change what address you are sending from as seen above.

If the address is not there click on "Other Email Address..." and type in the email address you want to send from and then click "Ok"
